The Network for Early Childhood Development Actors Uganda brings together everyone working for children aged 0–8.
NECDA is a membership network of organisations and practitioners who deliver, fund, research or regulate services for young children in Uganda. Members coordinate through thematic clusters, report against a common results framework and speak to government with one voice.
The Secretariat supports the clusters, verifies new members and rolls members' results into the national picture.
