Now welcoming new members

Membership is how the network works

No single organisation reaches every child. NECDA members sit in the thematic clusters where national ECD priorities are set, report into one shared results framework, and speak to government with one position instead of many.

Why join

Six things members get that non-members do not

A seat in a thematic cluster

The thematic clusters set the national ECD agenda. Members choose one, help write its workplan, and are in the room when priorities are agreed.

Your results in the national picture

Report your indicators once and they roll into the Common Results Framework used in government dialogue — instead of disappearing into a donor report.

A policy voice with weight

Positions submitted to ministries carry the network behind them. Members shape the text before it is signed off.

The member dashboard

Indicator submission, evidence uploads, official correspondence, cluster papers and the reporting calendar in one place.

Capacity building and peer learning

Quarterly clinics on measurement, safeguarding and proposal design, plus direct access to members doing the same work elsewhere.

Verified listing and referrals

A verified profile in the public directory that funders, districts and partners search when they look for implementers.

Everything NECDA runs on — indicator reporting, official correspondence, cluster papers, the verified directory — lives behind one sign-in. Members file their own results; the Secretariat rolls them into the national picture.

How to apply

Four steps, about two weeks

  1. 01
    Check that you qualify

Confirm your registration status and the districts you work in. Individual practitioners apply without an organisation.

  2. 02
    Complete the online application

Organisation profile, focus areas, districts of operation and your preferred thematic cluster. Roughly fifteen minutes.

  3. 03
    Secretariat verification

Documents are checked and, where needed, a short call is arranged. Ten working days from submission.

  4. 04
    Approval and access

On approval you are assigned to your cluster and dashboard credentials are sent to your named delegates.

Have these ready

  • Certificate of registration or incorporation
  • Valid operating permit or district MoU
  • Latest annual report or audited accounts
  • Signed membership commitment form
  • Contact details for two named delegates
What members commit to

Report against your indicators each reporting round, take part in at least one cluster, and uphold the network's safeguarding and code of conduct.
